 How my classes work
I conduct classes in my home kitchen for a minimum of two participants, and not more than four per class, to ensure undivided attention, and provide you with the all-important hands on practice! Since its a private class, you can choose from a variety of different classes based on your interest, and the menus can be customized to suit your tastes and preference.

Classes are typically held on Saturdays in our home kitchen at Liberty Grove, NSW. Sessions take upto 4 hours. Timings are usually between 9:00am to 1:00pm or 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
All ingredients and equipment that you need will be provided. You only need to bring your apron along.  You will find the sessions are very informative, and a mini-cultural tour of India! They will be interactive, friendly and fun!

Once you’ve completed the class, you can enjoy the sumptuous meal that you just cooked with complimentary beverages, or you can take away what you’ve prepared to show off to your family and friends!

 You will receive a copy of all the recipes.  Once the class is over, our connection does not end! You are welcome to mail me  with questions on Indian food or ingredients anytime, and I will be happy to answer!

NEW IN 2014 - Public Calendar Classes
I have  been getting enquiries from many individuals for classes.  As I need a minimum of two to run a class, so far I had not been taking single bookings.  Since the demand is high, I am happy to share that in 2014 I will announce public class dates each month.  The menus will be fixed, although I will still try my best to accommodate your preferences.

12th April, Saturday - South Indian Tiffins  - 9:00am to 1:00pm
17th April, Saturday - North Indian - 9:00am to 1:00pm
17th May, Saturday -   Gluten and Caesin Free - 9:00am to 1:00pm
5th July, Saturday - North Indian - 9:00am to 1:00pm
2nd August, Saturday - South Indian - 9:00am to 1;00pm
6th September, Saturday -  South Indian -9:00am to 1:00pm
27th Setember - Ayurvedic Cooking - 9:00am to 1:00pm - NEW. Free Spice Kit with this Introductory Class
11th October, Saturday - North Indian - 9:00am to 1:00pm


Private classes and Cooking Parties
I am happy to conduct private classes at your kitchen or a venue of your choice, if you are a group of minimum 4 participants, or more depending on the size of your kitchen. Cooking Parties are becoming increasingly popular, where you not only get to learn to cook, but go on to enjoy a feast with your friends.  I can customize menus based on your tastes and interests as well. Fees will differ based on number of attendees and the number of dishes that would like to learn. Transport costs maybe extra, depending on how accessible your home is! Please contact me for a discussion.

Gift Vouchers 
A cooking class  experience, makes a great gift for any occasion. You can gift surprise cooking parties as well! To know more or buy a gift voucher, simply email me or call me  with the name of the attendee/s and class/es that you would like to gift. I will call you to arrange payment and delivery of the voucher. The voucher is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

How to make Bookings

- full names of attendees
- class that you would like to attend

I will contact you to make arrangements for payment and confirmation of your booking.

Terms and Conditions
Bookings will be confirmed / gift vouchers will be issued once payment has been received.
Bookings once made / gift vouchers purchased are non-refundable.
You can reschedule a class provided you contact me 5 days ahead of the class.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Attendee needs to confirm by calling 5 days ahead of the class, and present the voucher on the day of the class.
I reserve the right to change an item on the menu, depending on availability of ingredients or seasonal produce. However, I will let you know in advance.
I reserve the right to cancel a class, in which case you can have a full refund or class reschedule.
